The industry gets even more interesting when you examine the different sectors within it. The staffing services industry is divided into the following sectors:

- Th General Manage and the top teams. They are the ultimate decisions makers but they just accounts for a few % of the total headcounts. But their total compensation annually can be equal to a team with one hundred middle to elementary staff members.
