Diversity and Inclusion

Organisations put huge efforts to call in attention to diversity and inclusion at workplace. 

The world is flat today. To unlock all the potential opportunities of globalization, aggressive organisations which aim to operate at multiple locations must aspire to make their workplace to be comfortable for everyone, in every country, and in every culture. 

Meanwhile, we Chinese always emphasize "behave yourself before manage your kingdom, manage your kingdom before get hold of the world" (修身治國平天下). 

Diversity and inclusion does not just happen at workplace. The observation of the values should have already been there in your heart.
