1.        Analyst Programmer (Business Intelligence Systems Section) 

Responsibilities: 

-        Liaise with Senior Management to determine Info requirements (Both MIS and BI) 

-        Handle document requirements and obtain sign-off 

-        Develop Data Models to be used for interfacing to source systems 

-        Investigate data quality and end-user data discrepancy issues and communicate findings. 

-        Develop Data Warehouse structure 

-        Maintain Data Warehouse Knowledge Base 

-        Perform ETL programming 

-        Develop and deliver training and mentoring for data warehouse customers 

-        Assist with system testing during development life cycles 

Requirements: 

-        Degree holder or tertiary education in computer studies or equivalent 

-        Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience on MIS/Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse area 

-        Banking experience an advantage 

-        Hands-on experience on BI tools 

-        Hands-on experience under MS SQL Server or Oracle DBMS 

-        Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills 

-        Good command of both spoken and written English 

2.        Programmer/ Analyst Programmer (Desktop Systems Development Section) 

Responsibilities: 

-        Responsible for application development, testing and production maintenance and support 

-        Assist System Analyst to perform user requirement gathering, system design and development and documentation 

-        Perform initial feasibility study for application systems of minor enhancement 

Requirements: 

-        University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines 

-        1-3 years working experience in application development 

-        Familiar with C/C++, Java, Javascript, XML, RDBMS, TCP/IP, Unix/Linux 

-        Experience in developing web application or mobile application will be an advantage 

-        Holder of IBM Certified Application Developer - Lotus Notes and Domino CLP is a plus 

-        Self-motivated, strong problem-solving capability, able to work independently and under pressure 

-        Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 

3.        Programmer / Analyst Programmer (Host Systems Development Section) 

Responsibilities: 

-        Assist System Analyst to perform requirement/feasibility study and analysis and recommend solution to team leader 

-        Communicate with users to collect and understand user requirements for minor enhancement if necessary 

-        Develop/modify application programs to cope with user requirements 

-        Conduct program unit test and SIT to ensure all deliverables are in good quality 

-        Assist to conduct system integration test and assist user to perform user acceptance test 

-        Provide system support including user inquiry and problem solving (during office and non-office hours) 

Requirements: 

-        University graduate in Information Technology or equivalent 

-        2 - 5 years’ solid application development experience preferably in autopay, electronic fund transfer and banking industry 

-        Hands-on experience in UNIX, C/C++, Java, PL/SQL, Oracle Report and Visual Basic 

-        Good problem-solving capability, able to working independently and under pressure 

-        Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese 

4. IT Security Officer (IT Operations Dept) 

  

Responsibilities: 

-        Responsible for monitoring of security control events for the bank’s servers and network devices to ensure in compliance with HKMA’s relevant requirements, PCI requirement. 

-        Conduct security device monitoring and its log analysis over the bank's systems 

-        Perform security control review to ensure adequacy of IT controls and quality of the computer systems 

-        Work with IT team to setup risk control baseline for technology domains 

-        Perform vulnerability scanning exercise 

-        Assist in preparation of IS awareness training material in order to conduct regular information security awareness training to bank's staff 

-        Ensure immediate and accurate reporting of any IT Security related incident 

Requirements: 

-        University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines 

-        Minimum 5 years of solid experience in monitoring security devices, performing security control review and vulnerability scanning 

-        Hands-on working experience in Firewall, IDS/IPS, Anti-Virus/Anti-Spam Management, System Hardening is a must 

-        CCNA/CCSP, CCSA/CCSE, CISSP or CISA holders are preferred 

-        Able to work under pressure with good analytical and communication skills 

-        Maintain up-to-date market knowledge of security threats 

5.        IT Audit Officer (Internal Audit Department) 

Responsibilities: 

-        Conduct IT audits to identify deficiencies in IT/network security, applications controls, general controls, compliance and risk management 

-        Provide feasible recommendations for improvement 

-        Document the audit work performed and draft internal audit reports 

Requirements: 

-        University graduate in Computer Science/Information System Technological stream, with relevant professional qualifications 

-        Minimum 5 years' experience in internal/external audit 

-        Well versed in mainframe operating systems, platforms and applications 

-        Good analytical mind and interpersonal skills 

-        Strong report writing skills in both English and Chinese 

-        Well versed in MS Office applications 

6. Computer Operator (IT Operations Dept) 

Responsibilities: 

-        Perform on-shift duty in data centre operations, executing IT operation tasks for various IT systems, which includes batch job running, report printing, system backup, monitoring and administrations 

-        Visit off-site locations for tasks execution and media delivery 

Requirements: 

-        Form 5 or above, preferably with formal training in computer related disciplines 

-        Minimum 1 year's working experience in computer operations 

-        Responsible, work independently and with positive attitude 

7. Network and System Administrator, System Operation Dept 

Job Responsibilities: 

- To perform daily admin, set-up, trouble shooting & corrective action of company network & security infrastructure 

- To review and monitor network performance & system diagram 

- To perform system admin on common operation system for servers/ workstation & security appliance 

- To perform system ID maintenance on Window/ Unix server 

- To handle service vendor maintenance contract, etc. 

Requirements: 

- Bachelor Degree in IT   

- Min. 3 yrs’ exp. in network admin 

- Experience on Switch, Firewall & IDS configuration 

- Solid knowledge on Cisco Switch, Juniper / Palo Alto Firewall 

- Familiar with MS Windows including Project & Visio, MS Windows admin, DNS, TCPIP networking 

- Good command of written and spoken English
